Semiti è la definizione attribuita dalla bibbia al gruppo di persone che dopo il il diluvio si sarebbero diretti dalla terra di Ararat (Armenia) verso quella che oggi è conosciuta come la penisola Araba.
Oggi la genetica identifica gli abitanti della penisola araba dal cromosoma paterno J1, una mutazione genetica avvenuta circa 30000 anni fa dal cromosoma maschile H, e identifica una ulteriore variante J2, come nel caso degli scandinavi, nei territori attraversati dalla migrazione biblica, Siria e Palestina, attraversate anche dai camiti, che secondo la bibbia avrebbero colonizzato la valle del Nilo.
Archeologicamente si attesta che i semiti, originariamente pastori dell’alta mesopotamia, passavano al servizio dei sumeri sia cone guerrieri che come lavoratori, ma si citano anche gli hapiru, come li chiamavano gli egizi, nomadi del deserto arabico, che allora era ancora una savana, i quali si mettevano al servizio sia degli egizi che dei sumeri.
Essendo pastori vivevano isolati e non fondavano città e quindi non sviluppavano concetti religiosi e nazionalistici propri, ma vivendo al di fuori del contesto civile, e dovendo difendere le proprie greggi svilupparono una grande abilità nell’uso delle armi tanto che poi venivano assunti come guerrieri mercenari e lavoratori dalle città più ricche, dalle quali adottavano usi costumi e religioni.
A Parte i sumeri la cui cultura era molto cosmopolita e riconosceva ai meritevoli il diritto di salire nella scala sociale, tanto che nel 2350 a.C. il semita Sargon divenne governatore della città di Akkad, e poi contando sulla preponderanza di guerrieri semiti presenti in Mesopotamia riuscì a diventare l’imperatore di tutta la regione, In Egitto invece la sudditanza economica e culturale, indusse i semiti alla ricerca di un proprio dio e di una propria nazione.
Secondo le tradizioni bibliche, dopo il diluvio universale il figlio di Noè, Sem, condusse la propria famiglia dal Monte Ararat alla penisola araba, un evento sul quale si fonda la concezione ebraica della propria origine e quella degli altri popoli, i semiti figli di Sem, i Camiti discendenti di Cam, mentre Iafet e la sua discendenza avrebbero popolato il resto del mondo.
Una conoscenza sulle dimensioni della terra abbastanza limitata.
Il monte Ararat essendo un vulcano alto più di 5000 metri e ricoperto da un ghiacciaio, in un’epoca in cui l’umanità condivideva la cultura matriarcale, nell’immaginario umano, poteva solo essere considerato una montagna sacra e la casa della Grande Madre preistorica, la quale prima creava la terra con il fuoco e poi la rendeva fertile con l’acqua del ghiacciaio.
La dea poteva essere chiamata appunto Ararat, e da questo prendeva il nome non solo la montagna ma anche tutta l’Armenia, in quanto, veniva identificata anche dalla stessa bibbia come la: “Terra di Ararat”, mi sembra evidente l’allusione a una divinità con quel nome.
Se traduciamo la radice latina “arare”, presente nel toponimo, possiamo avere il gotico “arjan”, (un chiaro riferimento a una divinità primordiale ariana), e il germanico antico “erran”.
Bisogna ricordare che i goti sono i discendenti dei primi popoli germanici che si insediarono in Scandinavia, dalla quale poi compirono una migrazione alla rovescia, ridiscendendo la Vistola e il Bug fino ad arrivare sulle rive del Mar nero, dove assorbirono gli Sciti e fondarono il regno dei Gothones; da dove nel V secolo d.C. istigati dai bizantini si misero in marcia per invadere l’Italia.
Da sottolineare che i Gothones confinavano con gli alani, un altro popolo di cultura ariana, quindi dobbiamo ritenere che la lingua parlata dai Goti, fosse molto affine alle lingue usate nel Caucaso e dai protoindoeuropei, per i quali il nome Ararat si riferiva a una divinità che ha determinato la nascita della cultura ariana.
Sempre dalla radice indoeuropea “ar”, abbiamo il bretone “arat”, il gaelico irlandese “araim”, aventi il significato di muovere o spostare, come la lava che fuoriesce da un vulcano e scorre verso valle.
In particolare nei pressi del confine tra la Turchia, l’Armenia e la Siria troviamo l’antichissima città di Harran, 6200 a.C, un toponimo etimologicamente affine al germanico antico erran, e ci riporta a una ipotetica corruzione di Ararat e quindi a una città sacra alla dea Ararat.
A dimostrazione che la città primitiva si incentrava su una cultura matriarcale, le risultanze archeologiche ci dimostrano che i fondatori di Harran facevano parte della cultura agricola di Halaf, quindi erano sicuramente adoratori di una Grande Madre il cui nome era sicuramente affine al toponimo Harran.
Da ricordare anche l’ara, l’altare sul quale ardeva il fuoco sacro e si compivano i sacrifici agli dei, il quale non faceva altro che riprodurre il vulcano sacro e quindi il suo nome deriva dancora da Ararat
Testimonianze dell’adorazione di una Grande dea le troviamo anche più a sud, con la civiltà di Samarra (5500 a.C.) situata lungo la riva destra del Tigri, ed omonima della più antica Samara posta in riva al Volga.
Nei pressi della Samarra mesopotamica (Tell El-Sawwan) è stata anche ritrovata una statuetta femminile caratteristica dei culti matriarcali
In seguito Samarra e Harran saranno inglobate nella cultura di Ubbaid, una civiltà mesopotamica che ha preceduto l’arrivo dei sumeri, successivamente Harran continuò ancora a prosperare fino 3000 a.C., per poi cadere nelle mani dei nomadi aramei, (la radice semita aram significava altopiano) i quali vivevano appunto sugli altopiani mesopotamici da dove penetrarono pacificamente nel regno sumero (Bassa Mesopotamia) per poi sottometterlo con Sargon 2500 a.C., il quale fondò il regno di Akkad, che occupava tutta l’area mesopotamica
Harran fu rinominata dagli aramei in “Karran”, forse la forma semita dello stesso nome, mentre fu chiamata “Carre”, dai romani e dai greci, divenendo dopo Ur, la seconda sede principale del culto del dio lunare sumero “Nanna”, divenuto “Sin”, con l’affermazione della casta semita di Akkad, “Hubal” per Abramo e gli arabi, ed infine nel 1800 a. C. dopo un breve periodo di indipendenza, Harran fu conquistata definitivamente dai nomadi semiti amorrei.
Da ricordare che gli arabi adorarono Hubal fino all’avvento del Islam VII secolo d.C., e ancora oggi esistono sette religiose che identificano Hubal con Hallah.
Ma bisogna considerare anche il fatto che i semiti avrebbero coabitato sui monti Tauri e nell’alta Mesopotamia anche con i sumeri, un popolo di origine indiana, in quel momento culturalmente più evoluto, con il quale avrebbero avuto un rapporto di sudditanza e apprendimento culturale, tanto che adottarono le stesse divinità attribuendo loro nomi semiti.
Anche il mito del Diluvio Universale non è altro che una forma enfatizzata del Diluvio Universale sumero, raccontato nell’Epopea di Gilgamesh, un poema sumero del quale esiste una rielaborazione semita, ritrovata tra i ruderi della biblioteca di Assurbanipal.
E tra i sumeri primitivi troviamo una divinità della terra chiamata “Aruru”, un’altra affinità etimologica con Ararat, o anche Ninhursag, la Grande Madre Terra, la quale anche se non sarà mai la divinità più importante, sarà lei a plasmare gli umani dalla terra, sette uomini e sette donne, e diventerà la protettrice dei parti e madre di tutte le creature viventi.
In seguito perderà importanza in favore di Inanna la dea dell’amore, che i semiti chiamavano Ishtar o Astarte identificata con la stella Venere, che diventerà Afrodite per gli elleni e Venere per i latini.
Ararat ci porta anche alla città di “Harappa”, appartenente alla cultura della valle dell’Indo, una civiltà agricola a carattere irriguo, sviluppatasi in Pakistan a partire dal VII mila a.C., e che raggiunse il massimo splendore nel II millennio a.C.
Ma anche alla mitica città di “Aratta”, la quale, secondo i racconti mitologici dei sumeri, distava 7 montagne da Sumer, con la quale commerciavano i loro cereali in cambio di oro e lapislazzuli che la città di Aratta disponeva in abbondanza.
Comunque, ancora oggi Aratta appartiene al mito anche se in Iran è emersa la civiltà di Jirof situata nel sud est del paese, che farebbe pensare essere Aratta.
IL fiume Indo è molto importante per la diffusione della cultura Indoeuropea, in quanto oltre a sorgere sui monti Himalaiani al confine con l’Afghanistan e in vicinanza del mar Caspio, sfocia in un’ampia palude nel golfo di Oman, praticamente all’imbocco del golfo persico, e non a caso ancora oggi si parla il sanscrito, la lingua indoeuropea più antica ancora parlata.
In funzione del diluvio universale trovo molto interessante il fiume Indo e la sua civiltà primitiva, per via dell’ingente portata d’acqua media (6600 metri cubi al secondo) e la presenza lungo la costa di un vasto fondale piatto stimabile alla profondità di circa 50 metri, che si estende lungo la costa settentrionale dell’India, del Pakistan e della Persia, fino a congiungersi con il fondale del golfo Persico, quindi possiamo pensare che in epoca glaciale tutto quel territorio fosse abitato.
Ciò è confermato anche dal fatto, che in prossimità della foce dell’Indo il fondale è segnato da un profondo canalone, che si inabissa gradatamente, una evidente traccia dello scorrimento dell’Indo risalente all’epoca glaciale, quando i mari erano più bassi e quel fondale emergeva dalle acque.
Quindi all’origine del diluvio potrebbe esserci stato un monsone tipico della regione, che per la sua intensità avrebbe provocato un’alluvione nella valle dell’Indo, trascinando in mare i beni della popolazione, comprese barche e zattere, sulle quali si sarebbero rifugiati quelli che hanno potuto, che poi sarebbero stati trascinati alla deriva fino all’interno del Golfo Persico, dove i sopravvissuti avrebbero potuto approdare.
Da notare che a fronte della grande portata d’acqua e delle sorgenti poste a quota 5500 metri sul livello del mare, il fiume Indo scorre praticamente in pianura, tanto che la provincia di Sindhu (dal sanscrito Sindhu sinonimo di fiume) l’ultimo bassopiano, è costantemente soggetta al rischio di alluvioni, mentre la coincidenza di piene e alte maree permettono all’acqua salata di penetrare nell’entroterra anche per 30 Km, condizione ideale per allagare la valle, se non ci fossero 5 dighe a limitare il deflusso delle acque.
Il Collegamento tra la cultura dell’Indo e il regno di Sumer sarebbe l’agricoltura irrigua, caratteristica dei sumeri i quali potrebbero essere i discendenti, del popolo della valle dell’Indo.
Infatti la bassa Mesopotamia in precedenza era una vasta palude soggetta alle continue esondazioni del Tigri e dell’Eufrate, provocate dall’enorme quantità di detriti che trasportavano durante le piene, e che si depositavano durante le magre, ostruendo il letto dei fiumi.
E appunto i carotaggi del territorio hanno dimostrato l’esistenza di antichi villaggi sepolti da 4 metri di limo, mentre a sua volta la città di Lagash e stata fondata in un sito un tempo ricoperto da una palude prosciugata; particolare interessante: nel dialetto lombardo il toponimo Lagash ha il significato di “Lagaccio”, come a indicare una palude.
Pertanto, considerando che la costruzione degli argini per contenere le piene e dei canali per irrigare i campi, opere che hanno permesso la bonifica della bassa Mesopotamia sono state realizzate dai sumeri, seguendo pratiche che all’epoca erano in uso solo nella valle dell’Indo, mi sembra logico ritenere che provenissero proprio dalla valle dell’Indo.
Un’altra traccia dell’arrivo in Mesopotamia di una popolazione aliena è un dato statistico antropologico, relativo al ritrovamento di cadaveri, il quale indica che il 70% della popolazione era dolicocefala, caratteristica attribuita ai semiti, mentre il restante
30% era brachicefala quindi sumera, pertanto possiamo ipotizzare l’inserimento di un piccolo nucleo di persone estranee al contesto sociale primitivo, ma culturalmente più evoluta, che ha dato l’input allo sviluppo culturale ed economico della Mesopotamia, e che in seguito è stato assorbito dalla popolazione indigena.
Bisogna considerare che nella cultura sumera non esistevano distinzioni di ceto sociale, si trattava di una società fondata sulla meritocrazia, nella quale i sovrani si vantavano delle opere pubbliche realizzate, e non delle vittorie in guerra, pertanto era possibile che una donna sumera andasse in sposa a un semita.
Quindi possiamo supporre che con l’affermazione della casta araba, e l’assorbimento sociale della minoranza sumera i semiti si sarebbero identificati con i discendenti di “Utanapistim”, il Noè sumero.
Dopo il rimescolamento sociale avvenuto negli ultimi 2 millenni, i dati antropologici non sono più significativi per identificare l’etnia di un individuo, ma 6 mila anni fa lo erano.
Geneticamente le popolazioni primitive della valle dell’Indo appartenevano al gruppo “G”, del cromosoma “Y”, al quale potrebbero essere appartenuti anche i sumeri, e dal quale discende anche il gruppo che iniziò a popolare il Mediterraneo nello stesso periodo in cui ebbe inizio la cultura dell’indo.
Questi clan evidentemente montanari che provenivano dall’alta valle dell’Indo, avrebbero raggiunto il Caucaso attraverso la Persia e l’Afghanistan.
Dei sumeri non esistono tracce genetiche, ma si sa che si definivano “teste nere” forse in contrapposizione ai biondi ariani, una caratteristica che in origine riguardava anche i semiti.
Dal punto di vista genetico invece, la migrazione dei semiti sarebbe iniziata in India fra i 30 o 10 mila anni fa, con la separazione di un gruppo di individui dal primitivo flusso migratorio (cromosoma “Y”, gruppo “K” ora estinto, che si dirigeva verso est, forse dei ribelli guidati da qualche capetto ambizioso, o individui banditi dalle tribù per colpe gravi.
Considerando il ridotto numero di individui che si accoppiavano tra di loro, e quindi anche consanguinei, si è creata una situazione che ha favorito il propagarsi delle caratteristiche genetiche più comuni agli appartenenti del clan, fino a determinare un nuovo gruppo del cromosoma patrilineare “Y” vale a dire l’aplogruppo “J”, caratteristico degli arabi.
Con ogni probabilità nel 10 mila a.C. anni fa questa linea patrilineare era già presente sulle rive del Mar Nero, che allora era un lago che attirava su di sé le mandrie di bovini, per la gioia dei cacciatori, motivo per il quale le montagne al confine tra l’Anatolia e la Siria furono chiamate monti Tauri.
In particolare il loro centro di culto principale doveva essere il vulcano El’Brus il monte più alto della catena caucasica, il quale è posto in riva al mar Nero al confine tra la Russia e la Georgia.
Il significato del suo nome viene inteso in varie forme, come “Picchi Gemelli” nella lingua locale per via delle due cime o “Cima Conica” per altri, mentre gli arabi lo chiamavano “Gebel-as-Suni”, il Monte delle Lingue. Anticamente era chiamato Strobilus forse omonimo dell’italiano Stromboli, quindi potrebbe essere un nome comune con il quale venivano indicati i vulcani, perché El’Brus sarebbe una corruzione araba del persiano Alborz sinonimo di Montagna sacra.
Nella mitologia greca Il monte El’Brus è il luogo dove Zeus incatena il titano Prometeo colpevole di aver rubato il fuoco agli dei per donarlo all’umanità; ma la cosa è discutibile, in quanto Zeus appartiene alla terza generazione degli dei e sarebbe figlio di El per i semiti, Kumarbi per i gaelici o indoeuropei e Crono per gli elleni, quindi ad incatenare Prometeo sarebbe stato El, e non Zeus.
In oltre bisogna considerare che Prometeo è figlio di Giapeto, il cui nome, etimologicamente potrebbe essere il sinonimo del “Jafet” della bibbia.
Infatti Giapeto è uno dei 6 titani, i primi figli di Urano, il cielo, e Gea, la terra ai quali bisogna aggiundere Ponto, il mare, nato da Gea per partenogesi, (come nella mitologia ariana Danu partorisce varuna), e secondo Apollodoro sposa l’oceanina Asia come nella bibbia Jafet rimane in Asia
Quindi El è figlio di Anu il Cielo corrispondente al vedico Varuna e all’ellenico Urano entrambi divinità del cielo e creatori del mondo, mentre la madre di El dovrebbe essere Anat divinità semita della terra, corrispondente alla sumera Aruru, a Danu madre e compagna di Varuna e all’ellenica Gea madre e sposa di Urano.
Il monte El’Brus sarebbe anche il luogo dove secondo gli studi genetici, gli scandinavi si separarono dagli arabi, andando a formare due nuovi ceppi patrilineari, lo scandinavo “I “, e lo slavo “I2”.
Nella terra di Ararat i figli di Sem incontrano i figli di Cam, i quali appartenevano al gruppo patrilineare “R1b” una evoluzione avvenuta nel Caucaso del gruppo “G”, che ancora oggi contraddistingue gli europei occidentali, i quali dopo aver colonizzato la valle del Nilo proseguiranno il loro viaggio fino a raggiungere lo stretto di Gibilterra, la Spagna, Francia e le isole Britanniche, ancora oggi tra le popolazioni berbere del nord Africa è presente il cromosoma Y europeo; mentre l’aplogruppo “R1b” dei pastori “camiti”, è presente anche tra la popolazione di pelle nera dell’Africa equatoriale.
A ciò bisogna aggiungere che le piramidi egizie non sono altro che l’evoluzione in forma maestosa della cultura “Kurgan”, apparsa nel Caucaso nel IV millennio a.C., la realizzazione delle quali si sarebbe concretizzata sotto il regno di Snefru, grazie all’ingente bottino di guerra conquistato in Nubia (terra ricchissima di oro) Sinai (turchesi) e Libia.
Siamo nel 2630 a.C., e si può ipotizzare l’arrivo in Egitto di una popolazione di cultura Kurgan (sciti della steppa, identificabili anche con la cultura di Samara, poi evolutasi nella cultura di Jamma) che dopo aver conquistato Sinai e Libia affonda le proprie mani in una terra ricca d’oro come la Nubia, che farà la fortuna dell’Egitto nei successivi 2000 anni.
La Cultura Kurgan prende il nome dai tumuli sepolcrali a camera che la contraddistinguevano, tra i quali, quelli reali raggiungevano la dimensione di 117000 metri cubi, colline che occupavano lo spazio di due campi di calcio per un’altezza di almeno 12/16 metri, all’interno del quale il re veniva inumato con un ingente corredo d’oro e una concubina, un coppiere, uno scudiero, un cuoco un servo, un messaggero e dei cavalli uccisi ritualmente, perché accompagnassero il sovrano nel regno dei morti.
Il toponimo Ararat per affinità etimologica, oltre al teonimo sumero Aruru, chiama in causa altre divinità semite chiamate in lingua cananea Asherah o Athirat, una delle quali veniva indica come Signora del Mare e della Saggezza, moglie di El e madre dei suoi figli, che erano 70.
Gli elleni il cui etnonimo è originato dal teonimo El, invadendo l’Anatolia e il Peloponneso lo chiameranno Elios, forse a causa di un compromesso con le popolazioni locali, ma poi prenderà il sopravvento Apollo, il quale era una divinità del sole sempre di origine semita, la sua origine è ancora molto dubbia, e il fatto che gli venga attribuita l’uccisione di un pitone mentre era ancora in fasce, mi fa pensare a una tradizione molto antica, legata all’uccisione del serpente Varuna l’amante della Grande Madre, generalmente attribuita al Toro Indra.
Sembra che fosse adorato dai semiti di Tiro e sia giunto in Grecia con le loro navi come in Puglia allora chiamata Apulia e tra gli etruschi che lo chiamavano Apulo.
I proto europei invece lo chiamavano Kumarbi anche lui senza mogli, gli anatolici adoravano anche “Uuillos”, protettore di Troia chiamato poi Windos o Vindonnus, mentre i persiani continueranno ad usare il teonimo Mitra, quindi dobbiamo supporre che El sia un teonimo tribale arrivato dall’India e che il suo culto si sia fuso con le pratiche vediche.
Anzi nella tradizione vedica si arriva ad affermare che Mitra uccide il Toro Cosmico e diventa amante della Grande Madre, questo mi fa ipotizzare la sottomissione di un popolo di cultura matriarcale a uno di guerrieri, o come ho già detto la sottomissione alla casta semita delle donne proto europee e nord africane.
Da menzionare anche la divinità solare sumera “Sàmas”, per i quali era solamente il Giudice degli dei e degli uomini, e che non ha avuto nessuna influenza sulla cultura semita, mentre per affinità etimologica bisogna citare la massima divinità sumera, “An”, il dio del cielo.
Dopo gli Akkadi che conquistarono il regno di Sumer, nel XII secolo a.C., con il tramonto della cultura micenea e quella ittita , lungo la costa dell’attuale Libano emergono le città stato fenice si tratta di un popolo di mercanti semiti, diventati abili navigatori, i quali domineranno il Mediterraneo fino alla definitiva sconfitta di Cartagine, ed in seguito continueranno a navigare sotto il controllo di Roma.
Delle 20 città, le più importanti erano: Arwad (Arados), Amrit (Marathos), Biblo (Gubal), Berito (Beirut), Sidone (Saida), Sareptà (Sarafand), e la mitica Tiro (Sur), costruita su due isolette vicine alla riva e riunite con un terrapieno, allo stesso modo la conquistò Alessandro Magno, facendo costruire un terrapieno che la congiungesse alla riva.
I Fenici pur essendo individui dotati di grande intelligenza, abilità e creatività, emergono dalla storia come pirati, in quanto oltre agli atti di pirateria marina, si servivano dei traffici commerciali per penetrare nei porti, dove dopo aver esaurito la merce non esitavano a compiere scorrerie e soprattutto a rapire le donne; tanto che a mio parere ritengo che i misteriosi Popoli del Mare, che hanno saccheggiato l’Anatolia e la Grecia provenissero dalle colonie fenice, le quali erano diffuse in tutto il Mediterraneo, e disponevano di un ampio retroterra abitato da gente di indole guerriera che cercava solo l’occasione per arricchirsi.
Quindi i mercanti fenici assoldavano mercenari nativi dei loro possedimenti e li mandavano a saccheggiare le città.
Infatti il fenomeno dei Popoli del Mare ha inizio proprio in seguito alle sanzioni che condizionavano l’ingresso delle navi fenice nei porti
Tiro era veramente la dominatrice dei mari, tanto che la potentissima Cartagine fu fondata da un gruppo di esuli provenienti da Tiro.
La leggenda racconta che a fondare Cartagine sia stata la regina Didone in fuga dal fratello Pigmalione, il quale con una congiura gli avrebbe usurpato il trono e ucciso il marito.
Tra le colonie più importanti fondate dai fenici si possono citare: Palermo Marsala, Lampedusa Pantelleria Malta, Cagliari Neapolis, Olbia Sant’Antioco, Tharros, Cadice, Utica e Lixus in Spagna e poi la potentissima Cartagine, un clone dell’altrettanto potente Tiro, la quale comprava metalli preziosi a Tartesso posta sulla costa atlantica della Spagna.
La presenza dei cartaginesi nel Tirreno con i loro empori, ha sicuramente favorito la diffusione della cultura semita tra i villanoviani e la successiva integrazione tra le due popolazioni, fino al punto da essere identificati come un’unica nazione, i “Tirreni” per i greci, gli “Etruschi” per i romani, ma con ogni provabilità si riferivano ai cartaginesi e alle loro colonie, i quali venivano identificati con gli abitanti di Tiro; un esempio è la colonia di Tharros fondata dai cartaginesi in Sardegna, il cui nome è un sinonimo greco di Tiro.
Il toponimo Tiro è l’italianizzazione del lido “Tyros”, mentre il nome fenicio della città era “Sur”, e in Lidia ha origine anche la leggenda di Tyrrhenus, il mitico fondatore delle dodici città dei tirreni.
La leggenda racconta che: di fronte a una grande carestia, il re dei lidi Telefo, divise il suo popolo in due, e ne affidò una parte a uno dei due figli, Tyrrhenus, ordinandogli di condurre quella gente in cerca di una nuova terra.
In realtà la leggenda di Tyrrhenus, storicamente andrebbe messa in relazione alla carestia (documentata dagli egizi), che colpì l’Anatolia alla fine del II millennio a.C., e alle guerre con gli elleni, i semiti che premevano dal confine della Siria, che provocarono la caduta dell’impero ittita.
Tale carestia diede inizio alla migrazione verso l’Italia e l’Europa di popolazioni anatoliche legate alla cultura vedica, eventi dai quali nacquero i miti di Enea e degli esuli troiani, testimonianza inoppugnabile di queste migrazioni è il vulcano “Etna”, al quale gli esuli “Palaici”, imposero il nome della loro grande dea madre e fondarono Catania, il cui toponimo etimologicamente significa “Sotto la Regina”.
Mentre i Tirreni sono da mettere in relazione con l’espansione delle colonie della potentissima Tiro, la quale con il clone Cartagine era divenuta la padrona del Mediterraneo, da ciò la denominazione: “Mare di Tiro”, o Mare “Tirreno”.
Un’altra divinità del sole adorata dai semiti amorrei era Assur, patrono dell’omonima città posta sulle rive dell’alto Tigri. La città partecipò alle vicende mesopotamiche fino al IX a.C., quando iniziò una fase di espansione che la portò a conquistare la Mesopotamia la Fenicia, la Palestina e l’Egitto, fondando così il regno Assiro e babilonese, che durò fino al VI secolo a.C., fino al ritorno dei persiani.
Gli assiri e babilonesi sono ricordati nella storia per l’esilio del popolo di Gerusalemme ma tra gli archeologi sono fonte di notevoli informazioni grazie alla biblioteca di Assurbanipal, voluta dall’omonimo re e padre di Nabucodonosor, il conquistatore di Gerusalemme, il quale volle raccogliere le opere antiche testimonianze del passato che ancora roggi vengoni ritrovate in sito durante gli scavi archeologici un esempio è il codice di Ur-Nammu, una lapide in terracotta spezzata in due risalente al 2100 a.C., sulla quale sono incise in lingua sumera le leggi che il dio Utu affida a Ur-Nammu.
Questa tavola potrebbe aver ispirato gli estensori della bibbia in merito a Mosè.
Durante il periodo storico biblico il Retenu (Siria, Fenicia Palestina e Giordania), come anche durante l’età del bronzo è diviso in tribù e città stato di cultura semita, indipendenti tra loro ma sempre sottomesse, prima all’Egitto poi agli Assiri, ai persiani di Dario, ai Macedoni di Alessandro Magno ed infine ai romani.
Facevano eccezione i filistei, gli abitanti primitivi della Palestina dai quali il territorio prese il nome, ma anche loro sottomessi agli egiziani, che li chiamavano Peleset. I quali essendo di cultura indoeuropea erano totalmente alieni al contesto semita del territorio.
Infatti non si conosce la loro provenienza, fonti bibliche li descrivono con elmi piumati, per questo identificabili con i greci micenei, ma io ritengo che essendo conoscitori della metallurgia del ferro, allora sconosciuta anche agli egizi, potevano essere solo anatolici.
Con ogni probabilità la loro presenza nel Retenu sarebbe dovuta al matrimonio di Ramsete II con una principessa Ittita, che sugellò il trattato di pace che caratterizzò il lungo regno di Ramsete poi continuato dal figlio Merenptah, il quale si segnala proprio per gli aiuti inviati agli ittiti durante la carestia che determinò il crollo del loro impero.
Quindi è ipotizzabile che con la fine dell’impero, la famiglia reale ittita si sia rifugiata in Egitto, lasciando il suo seguito in Palestina.
La divisione tra le tribù semite non è solo religiosa ma anche politica, infatti Il regno di Giuda stringe una forte alleanza con i Babilonesi che gli procurerà molti privilegi ma anche molto rancore da parte delle altre tribù semite, tanto che quando il faraone Necao si ribellerà ai babilonesi, re Giosia tenterà di sbarrargli la strada ma subirà una sonora sconfitta nella battaglia di Megiddo durante la quale morirà.
Anche se nuovamente sconfitto dai Babilonesi Necao riuscirà a pilotare la successione di Giosia con il secondogenito EliaKim, che cambiò il nome in Ioiakim, il quale gli garantì l’alleanza del regno di Giuda.
In seguito a un nuovo tentativo fallito da parte dell’Egitto per riconquistare il Retenu, Gerusalemme si ostina a rifiutare la resa perché istigata dal profeta Ezechiele, convinto che dio salverà Gerusalemme.
Da questa ostinazione nasce la decisione di Nabuccodonosor di distruggere Gerusalemme ed esiliare la casta giudaica.
Le vicende che fin qui ho riassunto sono in contrasto con le affermazioni della bibbia, che vedono le tribù semite nate dopo l’esodo, mentre dimostrano un’identica origine genetica, ma culturalmente accomunati agli indoeuropei.
Il concetto di appartenenza alla razza ebraica nasce durante l’esilio babilonese, quando nella biblioteca di Assurbanipal i sacerdoti di Gerusalemme scoprono altre tradizioni fino ad allora sconosciute ai giudei, come ad esempio il diluvio universale e che le origini del culto di El, si fondono con quelle di altre divinità pagane, da ciò l’ossessione nei confronti dei culti ritenuti ellenizzati, e la convinzione che la distruzione di Gerusalemme sia stata una punizione per il politeismo praticato da molti.
Ragion per cui al ritorno dell’esilio, il dio della casta giudea non sarà più El, ma Yahweh. Non esistono tracce archeologiche, ma possiamo ritenere che sia Yahweh che Allah siano entità divine già adorate, prima che il loro culto si diffondesse su larga scala.
In seguito, i giudei saranno protagonisti di un altro esilio, storicamente definito diaspora, per il fatto che si trattava di un esilio volontario per non pagare le tasse ai romani, i quali avevano abolito il privilegio acquisito dagli ebrei grazie ai buoni rapporti che seppero intrattenere con i vari imperatori che si sono succeduti nel dominio della Palestina.
Infatti, quando i persiani sconfissero i babilonesi, Dario volle premiare il monoteismo dei giudei, restituendo loro la libertà e le terre, concedendo loro anche l’esenzione dal pagamento dei tributi.
Un privilegio che conservarono, attraverso il tradimento dell’amico persiano, anche quando Alessandro Magno sconfisse i suoi sucessori, e anche successivamente, quando furono i romani ad invadere la regione.
Quindi possiamo ritenere che ai tempi di Gesù il nome Giuda e Giudeo erano già diventati sinonimi di traditori, o personaggi inclini ad essere corrotti, pertanto l’esistenza di un apostolo con questo nome sembra essere alquanto artificiosa.
Il privilegio tributario dei giudei, avrebbe portato le strade di Gesù e Barabba ad incrociarsi, in quanto i romani erano alla ricerca di un pretesto per abolirlo, e Barabba, a causa del suo brigantaggio selettivo, e della sua predilezione a profanare i templi pagani, sembrava essere la buona occasione,
Infatti, secondo le tradizioni semite, l’oro dei pagani doveva essere purificato nel tempio, e questo rendeva implicita la complicità del sinedrio, nell’attività del brigante, pertanto i romani approfittando della tradizione semita, legata al perdono pasquale, misero gli ebrei davanti a una scelta significativa: salvare un uomo che predicava pace e amicizia tra gli uomini? o un bandito? Tradendo così la propria ostilità verso Roma?
Nella piazza del tempio era presente solo la casta di Gerusalemme, i contadini erano nei campi, e i servi impegnati nelle faccende dei loro padroni, nessuna situazione poteva essere più rivelatrice di quel contesto, quindi i romani trassero le loro conclusioni, e abolirono i privilegi.
La diaspora che ne conseguì andrebbe contestualizzata meglio di quanto facciano gli storici di parte, in quanto quella che viene definita dispersione, in realtà fu un’immigrazione di massa verso la città più ricca e più grande del mondo, dove si sarebbe potuto realizzare molti più guadagni, non a caso la comunità semita era la più numerosa di Roma.
Ma gli imperatori, creandosi la fama di persecutori dei semiti, pensarono bene di far pagare ai giudei anche le tasse relative ai loro beni palestinesi, condizione che indusse molti a convertirsi inutilmente al cristianesimo, in quanto la circoncisione era un marchio indelebile che rivelava la loro origine.
Ovviamente Roma era la meta preferita di tutto il brigantaggio mondiale, e anche di molti contastorie, i quali, come Omero, erano pagati per raccontare fatti che loro stessi enfatizzavano per strabiliare la gente e giustificare il soldo preteso.
Quindi possiamo immaginare cosa potevano raccontare i truffatori provenienti da quelle terre, i quali senza timore di essere smentiti potevano affermare di aver conosciuto Gesù, o di esserne discepoli, oppure di esserne stati guariti, ecc., e francamente l’ipotesi che San Pietro o qualche apostolo abbia lasciato la Palestina per recarsi a Roma la trovo alquanto dubbia.
A Roma il banditismo arabo-semita costituiva un problema sociale molto acuto, in quanto la loro fede religiosa gli impediva di temere eventuali castighi da parte delle divinità pagane, pertanto, come l’ostilità degli islamici moderni nei confronti della secolarizzazione del mondo occidentale, per i semiti la profanazione di un tempio pagano era considerata una missione da compiere in nome del loro dio.
Di questo ne approfittavano i presunti discepoli di Gesù, i quali istigavano i giovani adepti, per lo più adolescenti imberbi ed ingenui, a compiere le profanazioni.
Questa secondo gli autori romani del tempo la causa, delle persecuzioni dei cristiani e dei semiti, alle quali bisogna aggiungere la condanna a morte nel 280 d.C., di San Calimero vescovo di Milano, il quale fu riconosciuto colpevole di istigare i giovani alle profanazioni.
L’esecuzione della pena venne eseguita gettandolo a testa in giù in un pozzo sacro a Beleno.
Ovviamente affermare che gli arabo-semiti detenevano la matrice della criminalità era ingiusto, la criminalità era diffusa ovunque, ma gli dei erano rispettati, mentre l’ostilità degli arabo-semiti verso le altre religioni, li rendeva invisi a tutte le comunità.
Se rapini un singolo individuo non se ne interessa nessuno, ma se derubi una comunità religiosa scateni un vespaio infinito.
Infatti le profanazioni erano spesso causa di tumulti popolari, uno dei quali avrebbe portato all’incendio del quartiere semita, che poi a causa del vento si propagò per tutta Roma.
Nerone e i vari re e imperatori che si sono succeduti nella storia dell’umanità hanno sempre fornito ai loro contemporanei e ai posteri molti pretesti per descriverli come avidi, crudeli e folli, ma in realtà erano uomini soli, circondati da una marea di opportunisti, complottisti e ruffiani, altrettanto crudeli, e disposti a tutto per ottenere vantaggi, pertanto la loro vita era costantemente in pericolo, anche tua madre o l’amico più fidato potevano tradirti, quindi nel dubbio: meglio passare da folle e crudele, che ritrovarsi steso in una pozza di sangue.
Agrippina per esempio era circondata da un’ampia schiera di protetti, i quali però non godevano della stessa stima da parte di Nerone, quindi potevano essere dei potenziali cospiratori, anche contro la volontà della madre, e lo stesso valeva per i protetti di Nerone, dichiaratamente avversi ad Agrippina.
In seguito molti ebrei si trasferirono a Costantinopoli al seguito dell’imperatore Costantino e della sua ricca corte, per poi migrare verso nord a causa dell’avvento dell’Ortodossia Bizantina, che li emarginava, e poi diventarono vittime della follia nazista molti secoli più tardi.
Da ricordare che con l’affermazione del cristianesimo come unica religione, gli ebrei hanno potuto continuare a celebrare il loro culto, mentre i fedeli delle altre religioni sono stati perseguitati fino anche allo sterminio, come successe nel III secolo d.C., agli ariani insubri, i quali furono sterminati nella battaglia del monte Velate, chiamato anche Urona (Varese), dalla legione comandata da san Ambrogio allora governatore e vescovo di Milano.
Altri ariani ebbero maggior fortuna e per non sottomettersi al cristianesimo riuscirono a rifugiarsi sulle Alpi, tanto da fondare la confederazione Elvetica, e la comunità del Tirolo, poi integrata nell’impero Asburgico, e in seguito divisa tra Austria e Italia al termine della I guerra mondiale, popolazioni che col tempo dovettero convertirsi per necessità.
